As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?: I actually graduated pre-med from LSU, and came to Nashville to pursue a record deal instead. None of that has anything to do with CRE, but I love that music unites so many of us in this city despite our end path!

Chris Brophy is a graduate of TCU (Go Frogs!), and has been in Nashville for almost 7 years. Meet our new Admin! Originally from Ohio, Blake moved to Nashville in 2022 following her graduation at Mississippi State University. The exciting commercial real estate market of Nashville drew her to the growing city, and she has loved the industry from day one. Blake is now a Market Research Manager for Cremona Consulting. CC provides comprehensive go to market business development auditing, strategy, and relationship activation for companies in the AEC, CRE, and development industries. Her hobbies outside of work include golfing, working out, spending time with her dog, and exploring Nashville!

After starting my career in Phoenix, Arizona I worked in a number of PR and marketing roles. Eventually, I joined Voit's commercial brokerage, where I fell in love with real estate while marketing industrial and office properties. I found myself wanting to be in sales rather than marketing, and in 2015 I moved to Los Angeles and took on my first sales role. A couple of years later I made Nashville home and never looked back! I was lucky enough to join the Multifamily "proptech" space in 2019 at G5 which was acquired by RealPage in 2021. I now cover the southeast for Rent Dynamics, a software company out of Logan, Utah. We support multifamily owner/operators with a program called RentPlus, which allows renters to build and establish credit by reporting their rent to the credit bureaus. Additionally we have a multifamily-specific CRM and a Contact Center.
Favorite Place Visited?: As cliché as it may be, Paris is and likely always will be my favorite place. Since studying abroad there many moons ago, I still love to go back and visit - and walking through that city with no agenda will always be one of my favorite activities.
